Installation “No Ar”

On the same date as the reopening of the permanent exhibition, the Museum of Fado also presents the installation “No Ar” (“On Air”), in the temporary exhibition showroom.
In cooperation with the Museum and Archive of Radio Television Portugal, a recreation of a studio recording from Emissora Nacional (National Broadcasting) is presented, combining materials such as awards, discs or posters with their own studio material, in a portrait of the radio universe as a spreading vehicle of Fado.
