Rádio SIM bringing back the great opportunity for new Fado talents!

Meu Fado is an initiative by Rádio Sim in partnership with the Fado Museum. It has the support of the Portuguese Authors Society and Universal Music Portugal.

"Rádio Sim has always privileged fado in its programming, dedicating two hours of exclusive broadcast daily. And for 4 years it has been strongly committed to the discovery of new talents. It has been a fantastic experience that attests the interest of all generations in this musical genre that is only ours and that is already a World Heritage Site. We have discovered fantastic voices (Maura, Sofia Pires and Sónia Santos were the big winners of the first 3 broadcasts) and we have noticed that there is a lot of talent when it comes to writing. For this reason, we think it is important to maintain this collaboration with the Fado Museum, SPA and Universal Music, in a 4th edition of “O Meu Fado”, which will surely be of great quality and the pleasure of those who listen to us".
