The European Heritage Days is an annual initiative of the Council of Europe and the European Union, which involves about 50 countries within the European citizens' awareness of the importance of safeguarding the heritage.
In Portugal are coordinated by IGESPAR which defined the theme "The Future of Memory" for 2012.
The Fado Museum joins once again to journey with Tours with Fado in the museum and Tours with Fado in Mouraria.
All initiatives are admission free.
